Uncommon Columbus

Uncommon has fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3 and 4×4 floorplan options. Some apartments at Uncommon Columbus also have a terrace. Terraces are available in select floor plans, including the 1×1 Terrace, 2×2 Terrace, 3×3 Premium, and 4×4 Premium floor plans.

At the time of publication in October 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Uncommon Columbus range from $889 to $1789 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change.
