Located on North High Street, Uncommon is close to Kroger, Popeyes, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, and other neighboring apartments including The Highline At Nine. Uncommon residents can easily walk to many of the shops, restaurants, and bars near the Short North Arts District.

Uncommon Columbus indoor amenities include 24-hour fitness facilities, an indoor parking garage, a clubroom with a billiards table, shuffleboard, and foosball. They also have study lounges with private workstations and a computer bar.

Parking
At the time of publication in August 2024, Uncommon Columbus offers assigned underground garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee of $110. Additionally, they offer secure bike storage.
Floorplans & Pricing
Uncommon has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3 and 4×4 floorplan options. Some apartments at Uncommon Columbus even have a terrace. Terraces are available in select floor plans, including the 1×1 Terrace, 2×2 Terrace, 3×3 Premium, and 4×4 Premium floor plans.
