Located on High Street, directly across the street from Ohio State University’s campus and The Wexner Center for the Arts, and near other neighboring apartments including The View on High, the Wellington is a prime spot for students to live, offering easy access to various amenities and activities in the city. The ground floor features a small Target store, Huntington Bank, Chick-fil-A, Shawarma Bite, Buckeye Corner, and Sweetwaters Café.

The Wellington offers a variety of indoor amenities, including a fitness center, an indoor parking garage, a clubhouse, a TV lounge, corporate suites, and a movie theater. Please note that pets are not allowed at The Wellington.

The Wellington also offers assigned underground garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee of $175, at the time of publication. If you have a bike, they also offer free bike storage for residents located in the garage, you’ll just need to register your bike.

The Wellington has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×3, and 4×4 floorplan options. Base rent for individual prices are currently listed on the property website, and, upon publication, range from the $1,200s to over $2,000 depending on the floor plan.
