The Lumen on Ninth’s Butterfly MX Digital Doorman is a smart access control system that allows residents to remotely control their building’s access and manage visitors and deliveries. The system uses a smartphone app to allow residents to see who is at the door, unlock the door remotely, and receive notifications when visitors or deliveries arrive. The StateHouse Highline on 9th’s fitness center is a modern two-story facility that offers residents a variety of equipment and amenities to help them enjoy their fitness routine. The center includes a yoga room, cardio machines, strength training equipment, free weights, and a stretching area. The yoga room is a spacious and well-lit space with a variety of mats and equipment available for residents to use.
