Location
Wilson Place boasts a fantastic location directly opposite The Ohio State University campus. This positioning allows students to access all their classes, libraries and campus resources within a short walking distance. Additionally, Wilson Place offers the convenience of being close to many dining options like Noodles and Co, Starbucks and Chipotle, making it easier for students to reside, socialize and dine within North Campus.
Amenities
Wilson Place offers a variety of indoor amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, resident lounges, private study areas, high-speed internet and a weekend night security officer is onsite ensuring students’ safety when they are coming home late at night. Plus, pets under 75 pounds are also allowed!
The outdoor amenity space includes a rooftop patio with incredible views of High St. and Ohio State’s Campus.
Each unit comes fully furnished with fob access to your unit, central A/C and heat, LVT flooring, a full-size washer/dryer, and granite countertops. Additionally, every unit comes with stainless steel finished appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave.

Wilson Place offers assigned parking for its residents in either the attached garage or the secured parking garage area. At the time of publication in July 2024, the attached garage parking ranges from $150-$300 depending on the level your car is parked. In the secured garage parking ranges from $150-$200 depending on your level and if you are parked in tandem or single spot.
Floor Plans & Pricing
Wilson Place has fully furnished 2×2, 3×2, and 3×3 floor plan options. They do not offer any one-bedroom apartments.
At the time of publication in July 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Wilson Place range from the $1,200s to over $1,400 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
