The Pearl is the ultimate space for both entertaining and relaxing.
When you walk into this unit, you’ll enter the open-concept kitchen and living area, lit by the floor-to-ceiling windows viewing either a courtyard or Columbus (facing west). Whether you want to make a snack, catch up on some TV, or do homework on the island, you and your roommates can all hang out in the same space.
The living area comes furnished with a sofa, two accent chairs, a coffee table, an entertainment stand and a wall-mounted smart TV.
One of the unique features of this floor plan is the nook just off the living area with extra space to decorate with a dining table or a bar cart to add your own personal flair to the room.
There is also a coat closet near the front entrance for additional storage–a must have with so many roommates.
In the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and glass-top stove.
Off the kitchen and living room are two hallways that lead to the bedroom areas. The hallway closest to the living room leads to Bedrooms A, B and C. The hallway off the kitchen area leads to Bedrooms D and E.
Each bedroom comes furnished with a full-size bed and mattress, desk and desk chair, and two dresser drawers that can be placed under the bed or stacked. They each feature a closet with sliding doors, a three-speed ceiling fan, faux wooden blinds and a keyed lock on each bedroom door.
Bedrooms A and E have ensuite bathrooms with a stand-up shower. The remaining bedrooms have private bathrooms with a stand-up shower.
