Rambler’s construction team has been hard at work this past month!
Construction is progressing well, and we are on schedule for delivery well ahead of the August 2025 move-in date.
Today, we’ll be providing updates on:
Exterior
We’re happy to share that the building’s exterior is nearing completion. The structure is finished, and the building is sealed. The finishing touches are being added, including painting and brick installation, and the exterior is really starting to come together as we move closer to completion.
Elford continues to make progress on the exterior installation. The cement siding is complete, and the masonry on the south elevation is moving forward, with an expected completion in December. The storefront in the main lobby has been installed, allowing interior finishes to begin. Metal siding is also expected to start and finish in December.
Units & Interiors
Inside the building, we’re making steady progress on the unit interiors and common areas.
Various parts of the building are at different stages of development, with some areas receiving final paint and finishes, while others are getting flooring, cabinets, or other essential installations. Overall, work is advancing smoothly, and the interiors are taking shape nicely.
Owner punch and acceptance of the first units are scheduled to begin by early December.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is moving forward as planned. Installations are progressing in many areas, including heating, plumbing, and other utilities. The building is now on permanent power and water, and gas is active.
We remain on track for an on-time delivery and are excited to keep showing you updates as we finish these spaces.
