Over the past several months, Rambler’s construction team has been busy! Construction is progressing well, and we are on schedule for delivery well ahead of August 2025 move-in.
Today, we’ll be providing updates on:
Exterior
The building’s structure is finished, and the exterior is sealed. We topped out in July 2024, and cranes have been taken down.

All unit windows are installed and the building is sealed. We have started sheetrock installation and expect to have it completed by the end of the month.
In the courtyards, exterior walls are painted, turf is down and concrete pavers are set.

Units & Interiors
Inside, everything from plumbing hardware to cabinets, backsplash and trim are being installed in units across the building.

We are on track for an on-time delivery and excited to continue to show you updates as we finish out these spaces.
