Rambler Columbus

Each unit comes fully furnished, offering stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, a smart TV mounted on the wall and secure front door access with a fob-enabled lock and deadbolt. The kitchen boasts warm walnut cabinets, sleek matte black accents and white quartz countertops. The 2×2 Townhomes also feature a two-story layout with a convenient powder room on the first floor, an outdoor patio space and access to Norwich Ave.

StateHouse Varsity

StateHouse Varsity offers studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 apartment floorplans that are fully furnished.

At the time of publication in February 2025, prices at StateHouse Varsity range from $1,120 to $2,450 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change.

Every unit comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, private bathrooms and walk-in closets. There are also oversized bedrooms and private balconies/patios available in select units.
