Lumen on Ninth

Lumen on Ninth has fully furnished floor plans ranging from studio to 5×5 floor plan options. Some apartments also have exterior exits. 

At the time of publication in November 2024, rates for 2025 – 2026 at the Lumen on Ninth range from $999 to $1,949 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.
