Uncommon Columbus is located at 1396 N High St., making it steps away from student favorites such as Cocky’s Bagel Sandwiches and Piano Bar. It is a 19-minute walk from Thompson Library and is located near other student living apartments such as StateHouse Highline and Lumen on Ninth.

Pricing and Floor Plans

Rambler Columbus

​​Rambler offers a diverse range of floor plan options, spanning from studios to spacious 6×6 units. View current pricing and availability on our floor plans page.

Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer dryer, a wall-mounted smart TV, as well as a fob-enabled entry lock and deadbolt on the front door. 

The kitchen features warm walnut-toned cabinets, matte black accents and beautiful white-quartz countertops. In addition, the 2×2 Townhomes feature a 2-story space with a powder room for guests on the first floor, an outdoor patio, and an external entrance to Norwich Ave.

Uncommon Columbus

Uncommon has fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 floorplan options. Some apartments at Uncommon Columbus also have a terrace. Terraces are available in select floor plans, including the 1×1 Terrace, 2×2 Terrace, 3×3 Premium, and 4×4 Premium floor plans.

At the time of publication in January 2026, rates for 2026 – 2027 at Uncommon Columbus range from $914 to $1,689 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. Due to the tier system used by student housing apartments, most apartments raise rates throughout the lease-up season after a certain number of leases are signed.

Every unit, like Rambler, comes fully furnished with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV and hardwood-inspired flooring. The units come with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washer and dryer.
