Every unit comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a fob-enabled entry lock and deadbolt on the front door. 

The kitchen features warm walnut-toned cabinets, matte black accents and beautiful white quartz countertops. In addition, the 2×2 Townhomes feature a two-story space with a powder room for guests on the first floor, an outdoor patio, and an external entrance to Norwich Ave.

Verve Columbus

Verve has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 and townhome style floor plan options. Each apartment has a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a spacious living area and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and full-size washer and dryer.

At the time of publication in November 2024, rates for 2024 – 2025 at Verve Columbus range from $879 to $1,909 per person, per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change.
