Located on North High Street, Lumen is close to Cazuelas, Cocky’s, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and other neighboring apartments including Uncommon Columbus. Lumen residents can easily walk to many of the shops, restaurants, and bars near the Short North Arts District.

Lumen on Ninth has many indoor amenities including 24-hour fitness facilities, an influencer recording studio, a community clubroom, a ping pong area, and a computer station with print services. They also have study lounges with private workstations and smart boards.

Parking
Lumen on Ninth offers secured garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee of $200 for an unassigned spot and $250 for assigned spots, at the time of publication. Additionally, they also offer secured bike storage and an on-site repair center.
Floorplans & Pricing
Lumen has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×3 and 5×5 floorplan options. Some apartments at the Lumen on Ninth have outdoor access. Select floorplans offer patios, balconies and courtyard views.
Base rental rates are currently listed on the property website, and, upon publication in April 2024, range from the $900s to over $1,900 per person, per month depending on the floor plan.
