Location
The View on High has a prime location in Columbus, Ohio, directly across the street from The Ohio State University campus. This puts students within walking distance of all of their classes, libraries, and other campus resources. The View on High is also conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, such as Buckeye Donuts, Wendy’s, and Panda Express, making it easy for students to live, socialize, and eat in the heart of the University neighborhood.

Photo courtesy of The View on HighThe View on High offers a variety of indoor amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, intimate social gathering areas, a community center for study and business conferences, direct access to retail stores and Wendy’s restaurant, and an indoor secure parking garage. The View on High Community is pet-friendly.
The outdoor amenities at The View on High include a courtyard with a gas fire pit and a grill.
Each unit comes fully furnished with study desks in each bedroom, a 50’’ flat-screen TV in the living room, high-speed internet, a full-size washer/dryer, and granite countertops. Additionally, every unit comes with stainless steel finished appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave.
Parking
The Wellington also offers assigned underground garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee of $125, at the time of publication. Additionally, they offer free bicycle racks for residents, located in the garage.

The View on High has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×2, 3×3, 4×2, 4×3, 4×4, 5×2, and 5×4 floorplan options. Some apartments even come with wrap-around balconies.
Base rental rates are currently listed on the property website, and, upon publication in May 2024, range from the $1,300s to over $2,500 per person, per month depending on the floor plan.
