Location
StateHouse Highline is located just steps away from the Ohio State University campus and other neighboring apartments including Uncommon Columbus. This makes it easy for students to get to class, the library, and other campus resources. It is located near the Short North Arts District, which is a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and bars. StateHouse Highline is also within driving distance of many other popular attractions in downtown Columbus, such as the Ohio Statehouse, the Columbus Museum of Art, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Amenities
StateHouse Highline indoor amenities include a two-story fitness center with a yoga room, an indoor parking garage, a TV lounge room, as well as a game and theater room. They also have study rooms with tables, high-speed internet, whiteboards, and plenty of natural light. The study rooms are open 24/7, so residents can use them at their convenience. Additionally, it’s important to note that the StateHouse Highline does not allow pets.
Outdoor amenities at the StateHouse Highline include a pool, a fire pit, outdoor grilling stations, a courtyard with lounge chairs and seating, and a sundeck.

Each unit at the StateHouse Highline in Columbus, Ohio, comes fully furnished with a private bedroom, bathroom, a stackable washer and dryer, and a spacious common area and kitchen. The units also have high-speed internet and cable TV included in the rent.
Parking
StateHouse Highline has reserved underground garage parking spaces available to residents for an additional monthly fee ranging from $100 to $150. They also offer secure bike storage on the ground floor of the building, where residents can store their bikes for free.

The Highline has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3x, and 4×4 floor plan options. Apartments with balconies and views of Ohio State’s campus are also available.
