Location
This apartment is located in the South Campus Neighborhood. On the corner of King Ave and North High Street, you are near other student apartments such as Uncommon Columbus and The Highline at Nine. You are a 15-minute walk to the Wexner Medical Center, making this an ideal apartment for students studying in the medical field. Verve Columbus is also steps away from the popular grocery store, Kroger.

Amenities
Verve Columbus offers lots of indoor amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, a private parking garage, a clubroom with a community kitchen, a lobby coffee bar, and a flexible study space with printing services. It is a pet-friendly community with a designated Bark-Park.
The outdoor amenities at Verve Columbus include a resort-style pool with pool-side cabanas & lounge areas, a courtyard with yard games and an outdoor kitchen with grilling stations.
Each unit comes fully furnished with community-wide fiber Wi-Fi, a full-size washer/dryer, 55” inch TV and quartz countertops. Additionally, every unit comes with stainless steel appliances, designer cabinets, modern black finishes, hardwood-style plank flooring and keyless entry.
Parking
At the time of publication in October 2024, Verve Columbus also offers private garage parking to residents for an additional monthly fee of $125. If you have a bike, they also offer private bike storage for residents located in the garage.
Floorplans & Pricing
Verve Columbus has a fully furnished studio, 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5 and townhome-style floorplan options. Monthly rental rates are currently listed on the property website, and, upon publication, range from the $1,000s to over $1,800 per person, depending on the floor plan.
