The Rambler construction team has continued to make progress throughout January and remains on schedule for an early delivery ahead of the August 2025 move-in date.

Exterior and Site Work
Exterior work is moving forward smoothly, with the north exterior parapet coping now installed.

Units and INTERIors
Work continues inside, with painting and appliance installation underway across the property. Tile backsplashes have been added, and drywall work is progressing on various floors.

Amenity Areas
The amenity areas are coming together nicely. Trim work is ongoing, and we’re making progress in the mailroom and breakroom areas. Floors are being finished, and kitchen cabinets are being installed.
