Over the past few months the Rambler construction team has continued to make progress, ensuring that the project will be ready for the scheduled August 2025 move-in date!
We are excited to share that Rambler Columbus is officially ready to welcome students home this August as we put the finishing touches on move-in preparations.
Today, we’ll provide updates on:
Exterior
Outside, Rambler Columbus is complete, with its modern design and finished exterior setting the vibe for what’s inside. The building stands move-in ready, making a bold first impression and setting the tone for what’s in store for residents. We’re also excited to announce that we’ve officially received our Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), marking a major milestone as we get ready to welcome residents home!

Units and INTERIors
Inside, every detail is complete and ready for move-in. From finished floors and sleek countertops to freshly painted walls and installed fixtures. All residential units are also fully finished and ready for move-in. Drywall, paint, trim, and key unit features such as backsplashes, countertops, and flooring are all installed and ready to welcome residents this Fall.

Amenity Areas
Work on the shared amenities is now complete across the building. Light fixtures, railings, booths, and conference room glass are all installed in the lobby and study floor. The lobby is fully outfitted with cabinetry and framework at Rambler’s in-house coffee shop, Daydreamer. The sauna is ready for use, and the fitness center is fully tiled, painted, and equipped with free weights and machines, all set for residents to enjoy.
