Construction at Rambler continues to advance steadily and is still on track for early delivery before the August 2025 move-in.

This month, we are excited to share that Rambler Columbus has received its TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy), meaning the team can start moving in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment — things like desks, chairs, beds, shelving, appliances — basically, all the movable items that aren’t permanently attached to the building).
Exterior
Exterior work continues to be finalized as we enter the summer months. The Rambler sign is in and ready to be installed on the exterior by the end of the month. Green roof plants have been installed and trees have been added on the sidewalks lining the entrances to the two-story townhomes.

Units and INTERIors
Interior construction is moving forward smoothly, with major installations and finishing details in progress throughout the towers. Crews are currently installing doors, trim, and appliances, alongside ongoing painting and drywall work. 270 out of 370 units have been owner punched. Floors 4-7 are 100% owner punched and are in the final cleaning phase.

Amenity Areas
Work on shared amenity continues across the building. Light fixtures, railings, booths and conference room glass are installed in the lobby and study floor. Cabinetry and framework are installed in the lobby at Rambler’s in-house coffee shop, Daydreamer. The sauna is installed, and the fitness center is tiled and painted, ready for free weights and machines to be installed.
